I wish I had some pictures to post, but I am working and don't have access. We had a great Thanksgiving visit with Marc, Jen and boys. Our families played together very well and I know my kids were sad when MJ and Blake (or to Ryan "mmmJ and Jake) left. I was sad too, they are awesome little guys. It is funny how many similarities there were between the boys, who had never really met before. Catching up. Ryan is really talking a lot now. He is really coming along with his vocab and comprehension. I used to think he didn't understand a word I was saying. Now not only does he understand, but usually has a retort. We love that he is coming out of his shell, but hope he stays our nice little love bug. He has starting saying "I hate" whatever, I don't like to hear that come out of his sweet little angel mouth. He still loves to give hugs and kisses and is a real dancer. He bops all over our house. He likes to pet and hug the dogs. They love to chase him around. Nathan has really discovered his talent at Batman Lego video game. He loves to talk about it, when he is not asking to play it. He is smart as a whip and continues to shock us with his talents for negotiating and killing bad guys (video bad guys). He can scam you out of your shirt if you are not careful. He likes to play with Ryan, but mostly just wrestling or batman. He is really looking forward to Christmas. He asks me every day how many more days until Christmas. He doesn't really care for the dogs too much. Leroy is OK, but he could live without Duke. He doesn't like having to close his bedroom door, or make sure the toilet seat is down. He doesn't have time for such mundane details. Joel and I are also doing well. We are having fun with the boys and are looking forward to Christmas. Joel was Darth Vader for Halloween, he was pretty convincing. We had a lot of fun taking the kids around trick-or-treating and then eating most of the candy!! What a blast!
