We had quite a lot of snow fall the last few days and we got to take a snow day yesterday! I tell you, you don't know how small your house is until you are all snowed in for a full day. We tried to be pleasant to one another, but someone is always crying. Nathan was diagnosed with croup Tuesday and we have all been coughing A LOT. When will it end...??!!
I had to let out a little bit of pregnancy rage yesterday on our neighbors' snow crew. They decided it would be an excellent idea to blow all the snow out of the neighbors' driveway into our yard to save themselves a little bit of time. So at 8:00 yesterday morning we heard the lovely sound of snow hitting our house and windows at 40mph. Not only that, they piled it all up against our door so we could hardly open it to get a shovel out there. It was totally crazy. We have at least 3 feet piled up along the side of our house. Poor Leroy is really having trouble getting to the yard. Those guys had snow blowers and an ATV with a blade. We have Joel and a shovel. Needless to say they got yelled at. I also returned the favor by piling all the snow off our porch right back in the neighbor's driveway. Love thy neighbor.
