Hello all

I know you are all thinking that we have fallen off the face of the Earth, but we are here, still doing fine. I’ll run through some updates. Joel: Doing fine. He has really been so great during the last couple of months while I have been sick. Taking care of everything before I even know it needs done. Work is still raging, although Joel is considering changing fields. We will see how things go. Heather: I am feeling…o.k. I cannot not say great, but I am so much better then I was I hate to complain. I have not had any hospital stays since 6 weeks along, so that has been a blessing. We should be finding out in the next few weeks what we are having. I am thinking it is going to be a cookie monster. I have been wanting chocolate and sherbet. Nathan: Nathan has started Kindergarten (like 2 months ago). He really liked it at first, but now says he doesn’t. He says it is boring and takes too long. He is learning to read though and is always surprising us when he reads words he knows. He actually read a Froggy book to Ryan the other morning. He has also found a little attitude since school started. He is pretty sure he knows it all now. He was kind of like that before, but he is getting worse. He is awesome at video games and likes to play with his dad. School pictures should be coming back soon. We had Parent/teacher conferences last week. They went well. He is excelling at classroom manners, which doesn’t surprise me because he is very aware of rules (I think he gets it from Joel). His teacher likes him and says he really likes to participate. Nathan’s biggest complaint about Kindergarten is that he can’t answer all the questions. Ryan: What can I say about Ry-Guy. He is so awesome. He is a little jokester and has already started playing pranks (like waiting until I am about to open the car door to let him out and then locking it). He thinks he is hilarious. And most of the time he is. He loves music and dancing and has asked for a guitar for Christmas. He is talking more and more like a big boy these days. He went through a long period of making a lot of baby noises. I think he thinks it makes him cute. It makes the rest of us mad. Nathan is always saying “no baby talk today”. Ryan makes friends easy and doesn’t really like rules (he gets that from me). He does things he own way and in his own time. One day at day care Julie was out of the room for a minute and she overheard one of the other kids tell Ryan, “you are not supposed to run”. To which Ryan replied, :it’s ok, Miss Julie isn’t here.” We just can’t wait for him to start school, and our first trip to the principal.

Woo hoo! Nice to see you post again! So what were the boys for Halloween? I heard they liked the Trunk-or-Treat at Church. :) Miss you all!
